HR Assistant- Recruitment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Source and screen applicants through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
• Post and update job vacancies on various recruitment platforms.
• Endorse qualified candidates to the concerned department or hiring manager.
• Coordinate applicant schedules, requirements, and pre-employment documents.
• Monitor and follow up on applicant status and hiring progress.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies regarding recruitment and deployment.
• Maintain and update applicant records and recruitment reports.
• Assist with onboarding and other HR administrative tasks.
• Support employee concerns and other HR-related activities when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With experience in recruitment and selection is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interviewing and applicant screening skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media hiring is an advantage.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday.
• Willing to work on-site in Sta. Cruz, Manila.
