HR STAFF – RECRUITMENT

📍 Location: Bangkal, Makati City

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.

* At least 3 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.

* Experience in the construction industry is an ADVANTAGE, particularly in hiring engineers, skilled workers, drivers, and construction personnel.

* Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

* Proficient in recruitment platforms and MS Office.

* Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Handle end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and sourcing to screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.

* Recruit qualified candidates for office, technical, and construction site positions.

* Maintain employee 201 files, recruitment records, and weekly hiring reports.

* Assist in preparing HR documents, including contracts, memos, and NTEs.

* Support employee relations and other HR administrative functions (as needed by the Department)

* Coordinate closely with hiring managers/ engineers and report directly to the HR Superior.
