HR Assistant Reliever

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The HR Staff will focus primarily on recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to all internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and oversee orientation.
• Oversee all human resources duties.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate tracking system.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About you

• Graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA Major in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communications skills.
