HR Assistant (Shared Services) | Head Office

Job Function: 
Responsible for the day-to-day function in the HR Shared Services Hub. This position performs transactions related to HR processes with a high degree of accuracy and strict adherence to policies and procedures, such as attendance and timekeeping processing, benefits administration, intercompany transfers and separation and retirement benefits processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and Partner with Stakeholders to Achieve Business Targets

• Perform HR Systems and Processes

• Generate HR Data and Analytics

• Process Compliance

• Implement and Support Deployed HR Shared Services Strategies and Initiatives in the Hubs

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business is an advantage

• With at least 1 years' work experience as HR
