HR ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

Consolidated Adhesives, Inc. is seeking a qualified and motivated HR Assistant Supervisor to support the company's Human Resources operations in a manufacturing environment.

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant Supervisor assists in the day-to-day implementation of HR programs and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, personnel administration, and other HR-related activities. The position works closely with employees and various departments to ensure efficient HR operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field

• At least 1 year of experience in HR Generalist functions, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Willing to work on-site and collaborate effectively with employees across various departments
