HR Assistant Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Assistant Supervisor to support key HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, HR policies, and client advisory. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage HR activities while supporting multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities: Manage recruitment and selection processes. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Monitor staff attendance, leave, and performance. Coordinate staff training and development. Support payroll and other employee-related processes. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures. Promote a positive and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations. Provide HR support and advice to management and employees.

Requirements: B.Sc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience. Good knowledge of HR practices, labour regulations, and workplace policies. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and client requirements independently. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools. Proficiency in HR software.
