HR Assistant - Talent Acquisition (Project Based)

To support the HR Talent Acquisition in managing end-to-end hiring processes. This role involves candidate coordination, administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication between applicants, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.

• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation (job postings, candidate records, interview notes).

• Support in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.

• Handle pre-employment requirements and assist in onboarding activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred (fresh graduates may be considered).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HR systems.

• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
