HR Assistant - Three months

WE’RE HIRING: HEAD OFFICE HR – MATERNITY COVER

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to provide maternity cover at our Head Office in Tanauan, Batangas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new-hire onboarding and orientation
• Coordinate performance evaluations
• Process staff movements and employee records
• Handle resignations and employee separation procedures
• Manage clearance and exit interview processes
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR documentation

Work Location: Tanauan, Batangas
Working Hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Employment Type: Fixed-term maternity cover

Ideal candidates should have relevant HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Pay: Php13,050.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
