HR Assistant (URGENT)

Salary: $2,500 – $3,500
Location: West Singapore (Near MRT)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, employment documentation and HR administrative processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, attendance, leave and personnel documentation.
• Review employee claims, allowances and HR-related payments while ensuring accuracy and proper supporting documentation.
• Support work pass matters, regulatory submissions and cross-functional coordination with managers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in HR operations, HR administration or employee services.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and documentation skills.
• Professional and discreet when managing confidential employee information.
• Proactive, dependable and able to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
