HR Assistant (Workers’ Payroll)

Basic up to $3,200

Working Hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Location: Jurong East

AL: 14 Days

Bonus: AWS + Variable Bonus + Individual Bonus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Managers/Supervisors to collect daily/weekly piece-work timesheets.
• Verify, process and input timesheet data for payroll and costing.
• Calculate salary distributions based on jobs and work completed.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of workers’ salary information.
• Handle work permit applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Ensure HR processes comply with MOM guidelines and PDPA requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Basic HR knowledge with familiarity with MOM guidelines.
• Experience in work permit applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Familiarity with Info-Tech and Globe3 is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with good numerical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
