HR Assistant/Executive

Position: HR Assistant/Executive (Full-Time)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of HR internship experience or those who have recently started their career in Human Resources are encouraged to apply. A strong academic background in HR and a clear understanding of basic HR functions are essential.

English Communication: Excellent English speaking and writing skills, with strong grammar and fluency, are mandatory. Candidates must be able to communicate confidently and professionally in English.

Location Preference: Candidates residing within 5–10 km of the office or in nearby areas will be preferred. Applicants must be able to manage their daily commute independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage attendance records and support payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee handling and day-to-day HR operations.
• Assist with HR policies, performance management, and other administrative tasks.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of HR processes and functions.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and grow professionally.
