Providing follow-up correspondence to the recruiters
Maintaining highest quality and improving customer experience
Address customers queries on a timely manner
Adhere to process level SLAs
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
24x7 shift timings
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore (Free cab pickup and drop + Overtime allowance + Night Shift Allowance)
