HR Associate (3 months - 1 Year, No experience OK!)

**Location:**West

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to On/Offboarding.
• Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through On/Offboarding stages.
• Ensure the services are delivered in line with company’ policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
• Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Group Shared Services.
• Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum possess Diploma in Human Resource / Business / similar qualifications
• Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
