HR Associate

Job Position and Duties

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth orientation process
• Maintain and update 201 files, both physical and digital, in compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in payroll processing by collating and verifying submitted Daily Time Records (DTR) of employees.
• Answer employee questions and provide requested information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience is an advantage, or OJT Experience in HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
