HR Associate

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute engaging events, programs, and activities that promote employee well-being, recognition, and team building.
• Initiate employee engagement activities like Fun Friday, sports events, fun events
• etc.
• Assist end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Provide administrative support to employees, including answering phones, responding to emails, and other activities.
• Support the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any graduation with proven internship or work experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Utilities.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for Human Resource Management.
• Solid organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
