HR ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience in HR timekeeping or administrative processing is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

• Understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and statutory benefits.

• Knowledge of the four major facets of HR — Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Compensation & Benefits — is a strong plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in Recruitment & Selection (sourcing, screening, scheduling).

• Support Training & Development activities and documentation.

• Help handle Employee Relations, including policy implementation and employee concerns.

• Compensation & Benefits

• Monitor and update daily employee attendance by validating working hours, absences, tardiness, and overtime.

• Consolidate attendance data and submit cutoff reports to Payroll.

• Support operational activities/expenses and organized files.

• Perform other HR-related tasks from time to time and as necessary.
