HR Associate — Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of HR or related experience preferred
• Strong people-handling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different personalities and employee concerns
• Confident in communicating with employees, managers, and candidates at different levels
• Able to handle employee concerns, conflicts, difficult conversations, and sensitive situations professionally
• Has good judgment, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills
• Firm but approachable, with the ability to maintain professionalism while building trust with employees
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor standards, employee relations, and basic Philippine Labor Laws
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee records, and HR documentation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR concerns simultaneously
• Maintains confidentiality, fairness, and professionalism when handling employee matters
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HR systems
