HR Associate

The HR Associate supports payroll processing and employee development activities. This role ensures accurate payroll records, assists with training programs, and supports HR initiatives that promote employee growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing employee payroll and timekeeping records
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and other payroll-related information
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records
• Assist in preparing payroll reports and resolving payroll discrepancies
• Coordinate employee training, seminars, orientations, and development programs
• Assist in identifying training needs and maintaining training records
• Prepare training materials, schedules, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms
• Monitor employee participation and completion of training programs
• Support onboarding and employee development activities
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
• Coordinate with department heads regarding payroll and training concerns
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in payroll, HR administration, or learning and development is an advantage
• Knowledge of payroll processing and Philippine labor standards is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced HR environment
