Job Type - Full-time / Hybrid

Location - Koregaon Park, Pune.

Stipend - 10K - 12K/Month

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and coordinating with new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR activities.
• Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social platforms.
• Support the HR team with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and maintain professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
