What they need
We’re looking for a warm, organized, and people-focused HR Associate to join our team. You’ll play a key part in finding great talent and keeping our Heartists happy, engaged, and supported every day.
Qualifications:
a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
Proven proficiency in Canva for creating engaging visual content.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative engagement strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
