HR Associate

About the role

You will support T3 Express as an HR Associate and Personal Assistant to the Director. This is a dual role combining HR operations with executive support in a fast-moving logistics company with operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Post jobs, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding for new and departing staff
• Maintain employee records, leave and claims
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs with payroll vendor
• Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
• Help build out HR policies and SOPs as the company grows
• Manage the Director's calendar, meetings and travel
• Take meeting minutes and chase follow-up actions
• Handle correspondence, expense claims and confidential documents
• Support office administration including supplies, vendors, and insurance renewals

About you

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline (HR or Business is a plus, not a must)
• Self-starter who takes initiative without being chased
• Organised and able to switch between HR work and executive support in the same day
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
• Discreet and trustworthy with confidential company and personal matters
• Thrives in a fast-moving SME where the scope changes week to week
