HR Associate

About the role

ClearSource is seeking an HR Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle employee concerns related to company and government benefits, support data management and accuracy, and act as an advisor to stakeholders on people-related issues. You'll also assist with employee grievances, policy roadshows, and employment-related inquiries. This is an entry-level position.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employee concerns related to company and government benefits, including validation of LOA (Leave of Absence) applications
• Manage data management concerns and ensure data accuracy
• Act as an advisor to stakeholders on all people-related issues and concerns
• Conduct focus group discussions (FGDs) and policy roadshows
• Handle employee grievances in a timely and professional manner
• Address employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
• Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices to ensure ongoing compliance
• Handle employee movement within the organization

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply; HR internship/OJT experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of HR processes, employee concerns, company policies, and labor-related matters is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle employee records, reports, and confidential information appropriately
• Willing to assist with employee concerns, meetings, policy discussions, and other HR activities
• Willing to work on a graveyard/night shift (GY shift)
