HR ASSOCIATE

RESPONSIBILITY

• Create job ads for available vacancies
• Screening and conducting of initial interviews
• Coordinate with department heads regarding further assessment of applicants who passed the initial screening process
• Consolidate and monitor pre-requirements of newly hired employees
• Coordinate and assist with the employee training
• Facilitate employee orientation for newly hired employees
• Other ad hoc duties

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or other social sciences
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Personable and detail-oriented
• With excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer proficient
• Must be able to maintain confidential & sensitive information
• Trainable and can do multi-tasking
• Willing to work in Makati
