HR Associate

A Human Resource Associate is a professional responsible in handling specific areas within the Human Resource Department in the areas of Compensation, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and Policy Making. This role ensures HR initiatives are implemented effectively that aligns with the university goals and as well as enhance the overall employee experience through engagement with purpose.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Compensation

·         In charge of making pay reports and assisting with the yearly cycle of wage reviews.

·         Responsible in keeping job descriptions up to date and assist in job appraisals.

·         Managing employee salaries, bonuses, incentives, and benefits packages.

·         Conducting research on salary trends, competitive pay practices to ensure the university remains competitive.

·         Responsible in making memoranda that involves crafting internal documents that detail compensation-related policies, procedures, and changes.

Learning and Development

·         Responsible in creating training schedules and keeps track on employee participation.

·         Monitor training and seminar feedback and compile reports to help enhance the program.

·         Keep track of training records and recommend continuous learning opportunities.

·         Managing the logistics of training programs, such as scheduling sessions and coordinating resources.

Employee Engagement

·         Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.

·         Administer employee satisfaction or engagement surveys and assist with reporting results.

·         Encourage the use of communication strategies to promote a positive work environment.

·         Coordinating with HR and other departments that engagement programs are in line with corporate objectives.
