Job Responsibilities
- Source and screen applicants
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews
- Assist with payroll preparation and attendance monitoring
- Maintain employee records and HR documents
- Provide general HR administrative support
Qualifications
- Graduate of HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Internship experience in Recruitment, Payroll, or HR is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
