About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to join our Human Resources team at Farmacia Elizabeth in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. As an HR Associate, you will be instrumental in implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR administration across all departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your HR expertise whilst supporting a growing healthcare organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel files in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
• Assist with payroll administration, benefits coordination, and employee compensation matters
• Handle employee enquiries and provide support regarding HR policies, leave requests, and employment-related matters
• Coordinate and organise HR training sessions, staff meetings, and employee engagement activities
• Assist with performance management processes and documentation
• Support compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies
• Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive personnel information

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments
