HR Associate

N-PAX Cebu Corporation is a company that had been in business for more than 20 years.  We are developing and maintaining Software Solutions that is being implemented nationwide in the Philippines.

We would like to invite HR Associate from Cebu to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Facilitates the performance evaluation per department or division.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records management, and responding to employee inquiries.
• Organize and facilitate company events such as team building, company anniversary, and year-end parties. Handle the hosting of the event as needed.
• Assists in sourcing candidates through different channels and social media sites.
• Assists in interviewing candidates and evaluates them based on the interview.
• Maintain physical and digital company records (employment contracts, retainer agreements).
• Booking flights and hotel accommodations for guests.
• Be the first point of contact for employees with any HR-related concerns and queries.
• Complete ad-hoc requests, as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, and other related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Has initiative and is flexible in various work situations
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Must be computer literate, and adept with MS Office application (word, excel, etc.), and Google applications (word, sheets, etc.)
