HR Associate

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Associate to join our opening team. This role will support the company's people operations, particularly as we build and onboard our initial restaurant team.

The HR Associate will work closely with management in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring requirements.
• Manage employee onboarding and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with attendance, leave monitoring, and other employee-related records.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-site experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Must be willing to travel to store branches (Tanay, Bulacan, etc.)

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
