HR Associate

• Goal is from HR Associate to HR Officer if qualified
• WORK IS MONDAY TO SATURDAY IN MANDALUYONG CITY
• MUST BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY COME TO WORK MONDAY TO SATURDAY IN MANDALUYONG CITY
• NO WORK FROM HOME SET UP
• MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE TO WORK

• PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL HR  STAFF IS REQUIRED

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.

• Post vacancies and actively source qualified applicants. Use Social Media to source such as Facebook.

• Screen resumes based on Company requirements and hiring policies.

• Conduct initial applicant screening and coordinate interviews.

• Verify applicant information, employment history, and required documents.

• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and hiring approvals.

• Maintain updated applicant records and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up applicants and department heads on pending evaluations.

• Ensure all hiring steps and documentation are completed before deployment.

• Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned.

• Work with Manpower agency on manpower concerns.

• Must be able to use MS Office and MS Excel

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology or equivalent.

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
