We are looking for a motivated HR Associate – Compensation & Benefits to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in payroll, benefits, and employee records administration
- Support government-mandated benefits and employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate HR and compensation records
- Assist with HR reports and other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to handle confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage
