HR Associate

About the role

• Manages the recruitment and selection activities that require qualified applicants to fill job vacancies on time.
• Conducts employee procedures from on-boarding to off-boarding.
• Develops and implements policies. Implements effective records and documentation in all HR processes.
• Manages employee database.
• Provides advisory to line, middle, and senior managers on Performance related matters.
• Coordinates goal setting and performance reviews.
• Analyzes training needs in conjunction with the project managers.
• Ensures the Learning and Development activities are taken up on priority within the organization and coordinates such effort.
• Implements companywide communication, events, and activities for the employees.
• Deals with grievances and implements disciplinary procedures.
• Assists on employee concerns pertaining to payroll disputes and benefits.
• Monitors and facilitates the company's compliance to the policies and regulations under the state labor laws.
• Conducts regular ocular inspection on company premises.
• Maintains 201 files. Performs related works as required but not limited to Administration, Finance, and Human Resources matters.
