HR Associate

Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Recruitment Support

• Assist in candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate status tracking across job portals and fairs.
• Call applicant’s availability for hiring manager’s interview schedule.
• Assist in verifying candidate pre-employment submissions (background checks, statutory numbers, certificates).
• Assist in facilitating new hire onboarding/orientation and distributing welcome/onboarding packages

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) & Wellness

• Assist to HSE committee regarding preparing plans and supporting HSE programs initiatives.
• Assist in legal documentation for compliance to DOLE.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Company Engagement

• Assist in planning, promoting, and executing community outreach program, and donation drives
• Assist in organizing company CSR events, holiday gatherings, team-building sessions, and other company programs/events.
• Assist in drafting internal communications, employee announcements, and event feedback surveys.
• Coordinates with event vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 0 to 2 years of experience in HR related functions (Open to fresh graduates with strong internship background)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point), basic skill in Canva is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, active communication, event coordination abilities, and interpersonal skills.
