HR Associate

Job Summary:

The HR Associate supports the Human Resources Department in the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and daily operations. The position assists in recruitment, employee records management, employee relations, training and development, attendance monitoring, HR documentation, and compliance while ensuring that HR processes are accurate, organized, confidential, and aligned with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in HR, recruitment, employee relations, or administrative work.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or HR-related experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of basic HR practices and Philippine labor standards is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to coordinate with employees, applicants, supervisors, and management.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php28,709.74 per month
