HR Associate

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR functions across the organization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential job candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and organize HR records, including résumés, applicant tracking logs, and employee documentation.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, and ensure their timely completion.
• Provide new hires with the necessary enrollment documents.
• Facilitate employee orientation sessions.
• Communicate employee benefits clearly to staff.
• Address HR-related inquiries from employees across the company.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding employee information.
• Support initiatives to train and develop employees, with the goal of enhancing customer service standards company-wide.
• Manage employee relations matters.
• Familiarity with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) regulations is a plus, though not mandatory.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
