About the role

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including organizing orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork. Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and employment history. Handle routine HR correspondence and inquiries from employees, management, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including organizing orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork
• Safekeeping of 201 files
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and employment history
• Handle routine HR correspondence and inquiries from employees, management, and clients
• Assist in addressing basic HR-related questions and concerns
• Assist in monitoring and sending out performance evaluations
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Assist in payroll and government mandatories reports
• Assist in company or government benefits enrollment and deletion of HMO
• Help in the implementation of the company policy

About you

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
• Hardworking, team player, organized, and keen on detail
• Average to excellent verbal and written communication skills
