HR Associate

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Hardworking, team player, organized, and keen on details
• With average to excellent verbal and written communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including organizing orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork
• Safekeeping of 201 files
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and employment history
• Handle routine HR correspondence and inquiries from employees, management, and or clients
• Assist in addressing basic HR-related questions and concerns
• Assist in monitoring and sending out performance evaluations
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Assist in payroll and government mandatories reports
• Assist in company or government benefits
• Enrollment and deletion of HMO
• Help in the implementation of the company policy
• Provide support in labor relations matters, such as the issuance of the employee memo, internal memorandum, notice to explain, etc.
• Participate in handling special HR projects and initiatives as needed
• Provide support in other HR functions as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
