HR Associate

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
• Assist in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
• Help administer government-mandated benefits and HR-related documentation.
• Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and perform general administrative tasks.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internship, OJT, or at least 6 months of HR experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated benefits is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
