HR Associate

QUALIFICATIONS:

►Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
►Excellent mathematical skills and problem-solving skills.
►Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
►Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT)
►With good oral communication and analytical skills.

DUTIES:

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for daily‑paid employees.
• Coordinate with HR Timekeeping on attendance disputes and adjustments.
• Ensure accurate deductions (LBR, loans, charges) from salaries.
• Prepare and verify bank files/checks; transmit cash salaries promptly.
• Handle statutory deductions/loans with HR CompBen and Accounting (BIR forms, variance checks, payments).
• Address payroll concerns and assist employees without ATM/cash cards.
• Verify agency billing and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Hold last salary and compute final pay for separated employees.
• Prepare payroll reports for supervisor review.
• Stay updated on statutory benefits and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
