An HR Associate supports core HR operations by handling recruitment logistics, onboarding, HRIS data management, employee records, benefits administration, and responding to employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with labor laws and accurate HR processes.

Overview

An HR Associate is an administrative and operational support role within the Human Resources department. The position ensures smooth HR processes, accurate employee data, and effective communication between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, manage applicant communication.
• Onboarding Coordination: Prepare orientation materials, conduct orientations, manage onboarding paperwork, welcome new hires.
• HRIS & Data Management: Maintain employee records, update HRIS data, ensure accuracy for payroll and compliance.
• Employee Relations Support: Respond to HR inquiries, provide policy guidance, escalate complex issues.
• Benefits Administration: Assist with enrollments, changes, and employee questions.
• Payroll Assistance: Gather timekeeping data, verify adjustments, prepare payroll inputs.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain I‑9s, FMLA documentation, prepare reports, support audits.
• Employee Lifecycle Transactions: Process promotions, terminations, pay changes, and status updates.
• Offboarding: Coordinate exit paperwork and interviews

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
