Job Summary:
PSR Compliance is looking for an HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
• Source candidates through job portals and other channels
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and management
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
• Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR coordination
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
• Support HR policies, processes, and employee engagement activities
• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
• Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
