HR Associate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, employee benefits and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR policies is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn and use HRIS or other HR systems.
• Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to coordinate with employees and different departments regarding HR concerns.
• Hands-on, flexible, and willing to support general HR and administrative activities as needed.
