Responsibilities

Recruitment Selection

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates

• Handle job postings on job portals and company platforms

  Onboarding Offboarding

• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding packets

• Conduct new employee orientation and induction

• Manage exit formalities, exit interviews, and documentation

  HR Operations

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

• Prepare HR letters, joining letters, experience letters, and other employee documents

• Support payroll processing with attendance and leave data

  Employee Engagement

• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events

• Support internal communication and HR announcements

• Respond to basic employee queries and provide HR information

  Compliance Policies

• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations

• Assist in updating HR policies and handbooks

• Support audits and compliance checks

  Requirements

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 0-2 years experience in HR or related role (freshers can apply)

• Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
