About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Associate to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to our organization's growth. This role offers the opportunity to work across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration while building strong relationships across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR administrative and operations tasks
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
• Build strong, positive relationships with team members across departments
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve workplace processes and employee satisfaction
• Assist with timekeeping, records management, and compliance as needed

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Active, highly productive, and resourceful in solving everyday challenges
• Personable and enthusiastic about working closely with people
• Driven to contribute personal knowledge and help the company continuously grow
