- Build a robust organization: You will work alongside the HR Manager for end-to-end recruitment process for junior, mid and senior level leadership team members in both Tech and Business roles.
- Understand organizational needs: You will support building and driving processes, policies, and workflows that are compliant, efficient, scalable, and reflect Sciative values.
- Design and define relevant content for Job Descriptions with close collaboration with the hiring managers and roll-out the job descriptions on hiring portals
- Support employee life cycle: Strategize, reinvent, and execute on-boarding, performance management , workforce planning and development and off boarding.
- Support set-up of HR Technology stack: Research and identify the right technology vendors to implement best in class HR tech tools, keep HR tools up to date and organized, including during on-boarding and off-boarding. "} {"heading":"Candidate Profile","id":2,"content":"
- 0-2 years as an HR professional with people and technology .
- Willing to work in highly agile and evolving startup environment and drive complete HR revolution with the HR Manager.
- Strong working knowledge of all HR functional area primarily - recruiting, on-boarding, training and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits.
- Excellent persuasion and motivational skills.
