HR Associate

The HR Associate provides administrative and operational support for day-to-day Human Resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, timekeeping, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The role ensures accurate records, timely processing of HR requirements, and efficient delivery of HR services to employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in posting job vacancies and screening applicants.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in preparing job offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding activities and ensure completion of employee documents.
• Maintain an updated applicant database and recruitment tracker.
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and personnel records.
• Prepare HR letters, memoranda, employment certificates, and other documents.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, probationary evaluation forms, and regularization documents.
• Ensure proper filing, confidentiality, and organization of HR records.
• Monitor the submission and completion of employee requirements.
• Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, absences, and leave applications.
• Assist in consolidating timekeeping records and payroll-related information.
• Coordinate attendance discrepancies and missing documentation with employees and concerned departments.
• Ensure timely submission of accurate attendance and leave records.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
