• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience while adhering to company policies and best HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer rollout
• Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation and induction processes
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment practices, and HR policies
