HR Associate

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Associate to support daily Human Resources operations in a hotel or resort environment. The candidate will assist with employee coordination, recruitment, attendance management, documentation, and employee engagement to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and personnel documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll inputs, monthly attendance verification, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and staff welfare initiatives.
• Address employee queries and coordinate with HODs regarding HR-related matters.
• Support uniform management, staff accommodation coordination, and employee welfare activities, as required.
• Assist with employee exit formalities, clearance procedures, and HR reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to hotel policies and HR procedures.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with relevant HR experience in hospitality may apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic hotel or resort environment.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
