HR Associate

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Management
• At least 2-3 years of human resources experience
• Must be detail-oriented and have systematic records management skills
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have the ability to reliably commute to office (Onsite from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Mondays to Fridays)
• Availability to start: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of the recruitment & hiring process;
• Schedule and conduct interviews for the company when due;
• Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices;
• Engage employees in company initiated activities that promote a healthy and engaged workforce;
• Monitor attendance-related violation, and prepare documentation report accordingly; prepare disciplinary action memo, and ensure that it is appropriately received by concerned employees;
• Ensure compliance with government-mandated policies (SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth, DOLE);
• Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records;
• Assist with activating employee systems access;
• Assist with processing employee and employee systems terminations;
• Ensure all employees files are maintained;
• Checking of requirements and loan applications;
• Responsible for handling the HMO and insurances related to employees.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
