HR Associate

Recruitment

· Create job postings on various platforms.

· Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

· Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

· Collect and organize interview feedback.

· Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure completion of required documents.

· Coordinate orientation sessions and assist new employees with onboarding processes.

· Manage 201 Files and update the Masterlist if needed.

Compensation & Benefits

· Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and attendance.

· Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

· Timekeeping

· Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate records of employee hours.

· Support in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

· Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.

Employees Engagement

· Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.

· Assist in organizing training materials and resources.

· Track employee training completion and maintain training records.

· Participate in HR projects such as employee surveys, policy updates, or process improvements.

· Collaborate with HR team members to implement new initiatives and programs.

Other Tasks

· Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

· Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
