HR Associate

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in screening, interviewing and endorsing applicants to the Hiring Manager.
• Monitor and updates Employee Records and Database.
• Supports the development and implementation of Training and Development initiatives and systems.
• Conducts onboarding process for newly hired employees.
• Creates HR infographics and assists in the creation of Training Materials and other needs.
• Assists and evaluates Training needs of direct and agency-based employees
• Formulates employee engagement activities that matches GET Phils. employee culture
• Any other tasks as may require.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Administration or equivalent
• At least 1 year related work experience in Human Resources
• Computer literate (MS Office, Open Office), Internet-savvy is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Keen on details, highly analytical, resourceful and proactive.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and desire to learn
